It seems like I am now some sort of an expert on moving WordPress. It’s actually very easy. All you have to do is export your database from the old server and import it into the new server, then move your WordPress files. Of course, you may need to edit the contents of wp-config.php if the move has changed your database name, user, password, or host. Why have I become an expert at this? Well, for the past few months, I have been jumping from hosting provider to hosting provider in order to find one that’s comfortable, affordable, and doesn’t disappoint me by never enacting promised features that I payed for when signing up.
