		<description>Yes, I firmly believe that the best troubleshooting tools, for any computer, are the installation and restore discs.  Whenever I am asked to fix someone else&#039;s computer, I ask &quot;Have you backed up your data?&quot; or &quot;Would you mind losing any data on this computer?&quot;  If they have a very recent backup, or if they don&#039;t mind losing any data, then I just do a clean install (re-format and install).  It&#039;s the quickest solution, and it fixes everything.</description>
