Stellarium Update v0.7.1

Stellarium has been updated to v0.7.1. “Release v0.7.1 irons out some bugs that surfaced when v0.7.0 went public.” And, thanks to Da Woon Jung, a port of Stellarium v0.7.1 is now available for MacOS X. The release notes are available here. Read the Favored Freeware entry for Stellarium here.

    BTW: On Windows it does seem to crash randomly when moving at high speeds. Still very educational software.

    I wish I had Google Maps and Stellarium when I grew up. Geography would have been much more fun.
